Fringed Knotweed (Polygonum lacerum Kunth)

This species is native to a small range in South America, only in Bolivia and Peru. USDA PLANTS reports it as introduced in Texas, but without reporting any specific location. It is not listed in any of the other sources we consult and we could not find any specific record, so we assume that it probably does not occur in North America.
