Rockmart Hawthorn (Crataegus valida Beadle)

POWO has merged this species into Crataegus aprica Beadle, a name which BONAP considers a synonym of Crataegus flava Aiton. However POWO considers C. flava a separate species from C. aprica; we have yet to resolve this discrepancy and for now stick with BONAP's treatment.
