Kamchatka Spikerush (Eleocharis kamtschatica (C.A. Mey.) Kom.)
This taxon is classified by POWO and most authorities as being a single species found both in North America and Asia, but it consists of scattered populations separated by long distances, and FNA notes that genetic analyses have found different chromosome counts of different populations, arguing that it might make sense to split this taxon into different species.

This map is based on our research. We have checked its accuracy to Level 3 ecoregions. Although this plant occurs somewhere in each of these regions, it may only occur in a small part of some or all of them.
We found references that this plant occurs along the Hudson bay in Manitoba but could not find any specific records of such occurence. We found one record of this species along the Ungava Bay, but could not verify its location. We also found but could not verify two records in the Pacific and Nass regions. It is likely that this plant occurs somewhere in each of these regions but the uncertainty is reflected in our maps.
