Pointed Gumweed (Grindelia fastigiata Greene)
POWO has merged this species into hairy gumweed (Grindelia hirsutula), and has also merged a large number of other populations over an extremely broad area into that species. We have yet to review this merge and for now stick with BONAP's treatment, which considers these separate species with limited, non-overlapping ranges.
