Native or Not Present |
This tentative map is based on our own research. It may have limited data on Canada and/or Mexico, and there is some subjectivity in our assignment of plants as introduced vs. expanded. Read more in this blog post.
This species is also native to northwest Mexico; we have yet to build this portion of its range map.
↑Notes
This species name, confusingly, has no connection to Cleveland, Ohio, and the species is not found anywhere near there. It is named for Daniel Cleveland, a naturalist in San Diego who catalogued many of the plants in that region.
