Although this plant occurs somewhere in each of these regions, it may only occur in a small part of some or all of them.
This species is also native to northwest Mexico; we have yet to build this portion of its range map.
↑Notes
This species name, confusingly, has no connection to Cleveland, Ohio, and the species is not found anywhere near there. It is named for Daniel Cleveland, a naturalist in San Diego who catalogued many of the plants in that region.
