Although this plant occurs somewhere in each of these regions, it may only occur in a small part of some or all of them.
This species is also native to Canada and Alaska, and beyond into Eurasia. We have yet to build the portion of its map in Canada and Alaska.

We recommend against the use of the common name "creeping jenny" because it more-frequently refers to the introduced (and often invasive) broadleaf plant creeping jenny (Lysimachia nummularia).
