Although this plant occurs somewhere in each of these regions, it may only occur in a small part of some or all of them.
This species is native to regions along the Pacific coast of Mexico, discontiguously with its introduced range in Florida; we have not yet built the portion of its range map in Mexico. It is also native to Cuba and southward, outside the scope of our site.
