Although this plant occurs somewhere in each of these regions, it may only occur in a small part of some or all of them.

This species is native to the entire Arctic, and isolated areas farther south. It extends across much of Canada and Alaska, discontiguously with its range in the rest of the US, but we have yet to build these portions of its range map.
