↑Description & Identification
This species is peculiar among Potentilla species in that it usually has flowers with 4 petals and sepals, only occasionally ones with 5. This feature usually easily distinguishes it from most potential lookalikes.
↑Habitat
This species is not widely introduced in North America, but where it is found it tends to occur on moist sites with acidic soils.
