Although this plant occurs somewhere in each of these regions, it may only occur in a small part of some or all of them.
This species is generally accepted to be native somewhere in Mexico, but introduced farther north. Because its range is largely connected, separated only by relatively small gaps, and connected to its native range, we mark the new range as Expanded. We have found found the exact extent of its native range, nor have we built the portion of its map in Mexico.
