This map is based on our research. We have checked its accuracy to Level 3 ecoregions. Although this plant occurs somewhere in each of these regions, it may only occur in a small part of some or all of them.
This species is native to Western Europe. POWO shows this species as introduced in NY state, but NY Flora Atlas reports this record (from Tompkins County) as Not Naturalized, meaning it is a cultivated plant. The only other North American report is in Quebec, just south of Saint-Marcel.
