This map is based on our research. We have checked its accuracy to Level 3 ecoregions. Although this plant occurs somewhere in each of these regions, it may only occur in a small part of some or all of them.
We found conflicting reports of whether or not this species occurs in Arizona. USDA PLANTS, FNA, and POWO report it as native there, in several counties, but BONAP reports all the Arizona records as false or unverified reports. So far all of these reports seem to trace back to the same original reports which BONAP has marked as false, so this species probably does not occur in Arizona.
