This map is based on our research. We have checked its accuracy to Level 3 ecoregions. Although this plant occurs somewhere in each of these regions, it may only occur in a small part of some or all of them.
The records from the Sonoran Basin and Range are limited to an isolated population on the eastern shore of the Gulf of California near Puerto Libertad, with observations in 1978 and 1995. All of the other records of this species we found were farther west.
