Although this plant occurs somewhere in each of these regions, it may only occur in a small part of some or all of them.

USDA PLANTS reports this species as native to Arizona but BONAP marks this report as questionable andmarks the species as adventive there if it does occur there. The uncertainty in our map reflects this, and we mark the possibility of this population being "Expanded" if it does occur there, because it is near the native range but beyond it. This species is also native to Mexico, but we have yet to build this portion of its map.
