This map is based on our research. We have checked its accuracy to Level 3 ecoregions. Although this plant occurs somewhere in each of these regions, it may only occur in a small part of some or all of them.
This species was observed at several locations in 1942 and has never been reported since; it is presumed extinct although some sources still list it as extant. Calflora's database shows a single record from the Nevada side of the border, in the Central Basin and Range ecoregion, but BONAP does not show this species as ever occurring in NV, so we do not report it as ever occuring in that ecoregion.
