Garden Persistent |
This map is based on our research. We have checked its accuracy to Level 4 ecoregions. Although this plant occurs somewhere in each of these regions, it may only occur in a small part of some or all of them.
This plant is native to southern Europe through Western Asia; it has established at a few locations in gardens in an urban part of Santa Rosa, CA, where it seems to have formed a sustaining wild population. We mark it as "Garden Persistent" because it is not clear whether or not it would survive in the wild, but we may update our map if we see evidence that it does.
