Lanceleaf Grapefern (Botrychium lanceolatum (S.G. Gmel.) Angstr.)
Also known as lanceleaf moonwort; also classified as Botrychium lanceolatum var. lanceolatum, Botrychium lanceolatum subsp. lanceolatum.
A number of sources, including USDA PLANTS, BONAP, and FNA, lump narrow triangle moonwort (Botrychium angustisegmentum) in with this species as var. angustisegmentum. We follow the treatment of POWO and others in separating them.

This tentative map is based on our own research. It may have limited data on Canada and/or Mexico, and there is some subjectivity in our assignment of plants as introduced vs. expanded. Read more in this blog post.
Although this plant occurs somewhere in each of these regions, it may only occur in a small part of some or all of them.
This species is also native to Canada, Alaska, and beyond; we have yet to build the portion of its map north of the lower 48 US.
