This map is based on our research. We have checked its accuracy to Level 3 ecoregions. Although this plant occurs somewhere in each of these regions, it may only occur in a small part of some or all of them.
BONAP shows a much broader range for this species, extending into OR, ID, NV, and AZ, than the range reported by POWO. We could not find any reasons for this large discrepancy, but we note that Calflora also shows this species as occurring densely near the CA border and thus unlikely to be restricted to that state.
