This map is based on our research. We have checked its accuracy to Level 4 ecoregions. Although this plant occurs somewhere in each of these regions, it may only occur in a small part of some or all of them.
This species is generally agreed on to be introduced somewhere in the Northwest, but we found conflicting reports of where. BONAP reports itonly in Okanagan county WA, whereas we found herbaria records in (and only in) Klickitat county, WA, and Latah county, ID. The Klickitat record we exclude because, even if it was a volunteer plant, it was growing in a garden, whereas the Latah record was growing by a roadside, presumably a garden escape.
