Cliff Pseudosaxifrage (Micranthes fragosa (Suksd. ex Small) Small)
USDA PLANTS lumps this species in with peak pseudosaxifrage (Micranthes nidifica), treating the two taxa as varieties, and calling both Saxifraga nidifica. We treat them as separate species and classify both in the Micranthes genus, per the treatment of POWO, BONAP, and FNA.

This map is based on our research. We have checked its accuracy to Level 3 ecoregions. Although this plant occurs somewhere in each of these regions, it may only occur in a small part of some or all of them.
BONAP reports this species as also native to British Columbia, but it is not listed in E-Flora BC, nor in VASCAN, nor does POWO report it occurring there, and we could not find any specific records of it there. We are not sure of the basis of BONAP's report, but we conclude that it probably does not occur there.
