This map is based on our research. We have checked its accuracy to Level 3 ecoregions. Although this plant occurs somewhere in each of these regions, it may only occur in a small part of some or all of them.

VASCAN lists this species as native to Saskatchewan, but we were unable to locate any specific records. Our map may be incomplete for the area from Alberta east to Manitoba as the records were sparse in that area. It is not clear whether the gaps in this species' range map are due to it being absent, or simply not being reported. USDA PLANTS lists this species as introduced in Alaska, but without any county data; we were unable to locate any specific records so we do not know whether it occurs there but in the absence of any specific records we report it as not occurring there.
