↑Notes
We recommend avoiding the common name "wild garlic" because it is vague, referring to a number of different Allium species. Most frequently it refers to Allium vineale. Unfortunately, the term "prairie onion" is also ambiguous, also potentially referring to textile onion (Allium textile).
