This map is based on our research. We have checked its accuracy to Level 3 ecoregions. Although this plant occurs somewhere in each of these regions, it may only occur in a small part of some or all of them.
BONAP reports this as adventive in southwest Michigan, which we would consider expanded due to the proximity to its native range. The U. Michigan Herbarium however reports this species as only collected once, in 1918, and if so, BONAP's report may be in error.
