Although this plant occurs somewhere in each of these regions, it may only occur in a small part of some or all of them.

This species is native to Mexico, but we have yet to build this portion of its map. Although there is a gap between this species range in the US and in Mexico, we marked it as Expanded because the gap is relatively small (under 300 miles) although this was a subjective judgment call and the eastern portions of the range could also possibly be marked introduced.
