This map is based on our research. We have checked its accuracy to Level 3 ecoregions. Although this plant occurs somewhere in each of these regions, it may only occur in a small part of some or all of them.
This plant is not widely planted; it thrives in disturbed habitats. Although its new range consists only of isolated populations separated by considerable distances, we marked it expanded because it is probably mostly spreading on its own, and it shows a consistent pattern of expansion north and east of its native range.
