Lance-Leaf Goldenrod (Solidago lancifolia Torr. & A. Gray)

There is a discrepancy between the naming authority reported by POWO ((Torr. & A.Gray) Chapm.) and that reported by USDA and BONAP (Torr. & A. Gray); in spite of this these different sources seem to be referring to the same taxon. We have not yet reconciled this difference but it does not seem to affect the classification or description of this taxon.
