Although this plant occurs somewhere in each of these regions, it may only occur in a small part of some or all of them.
This species is occasionally cultivated in gardens, and sometimes escapes. We marked the northeastern populations as expanded due to their proximity to the native range, but they could easily be marked introductions as well. The northwestern population is definitely an introduction.
