Although this plant occurs somewhere in each of these regions, it may only occur in a small part of some or all of them.
This species is occasionally cultivated in gardens; escapes have established new populations northeast of the native range, which we mark as expanded because they are not far from the native range, and only separated by gaps comparable to those that exist in the native range.
