Perennial Glasswort (Salicornia ambigua Michx.)
Also classified as Sarcocornia ambigua (Michx.) M.A.Alonso & M.B.Crespo.
This species is considered by the USDA to be part of perennial glasswort (Salicornia perennis), a species now thought not to occur anywhere in North America. It is now separated not only into a separate species but a separate genus as well. Some sources derived from the USDA or other sources using that scheme may refer to populations of this species under that name.
