This map is based on our research. We have checked its accuracy to Level 3 ecoregions. Although this plant occurs somewhere in each of these regions, it may only occur in a small part of some or all of them.
We mark both Vermont and Delaware populations as introductions because both likely originated as garden escapes, both are separated from the native range by a significant gap, and because this species has a very well-contained native range and shows no evidence of expanding around the edges of its range.
